Free Yoga Class for Parents and tots

This Thursday our playgroup is having a special parent and tot yoga class led by Bloom Yoga Studio.  All caregivers and their little ones are invited to come join us for this class, you do not need to be an SJB family.  Playgroup opens at 8 and yoga will start at 9.  Bring a mat if you would like to participate in the yoga class.
