Registration and Material fees are non refundable.
MANDATORY FUNDRAISING
There is a required $300.00 fundraising commitment for each family attending St. John Berchmans School. The fundraising commitment is necessary to insure the revenue needed for the operation of the school for the 2007-2008 school year. One-half of the fundraising fee must be met by December 1st. The second half must be met by May 1st. Parents/guardians choosing not to be involved in fundraising activities may choose an alternative method of paying the $300.00 over a period of months from August 15, 2007 through January 31, 2008.
VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT
In an effort to increase parent participation and enhance our students’ learning environment, we are asking that all families volunteer a minimum of 10 hours during the school year. Adult members of the family such as parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents are allowed to do this volunteering. Families not meeting the 10 hours of volunteer time must pay a special $100.00 fee to help cover the cost of additional staff. This is in the best interest of the school and your child. All volunteer hours must be completed by May 1, 2008

Families who may be in need of financial assistance should schedule an appointment with the principal to discuss their individual situations.
